Most sign companies specialise in one piece of the process and hand the rest off. Highmark manufactures signage in its own shop, pulls the permits, and installs with its own crews and equipment, so a facilities manager or brand team has a single point of contact from the first site survey through final inspection.

How We Work
From first consultation to ongoing service.

We start with the scope: how many locations, what the signage has to achieve, what the budget and deadline look like. For multi-site programmes we map the whole rollout before anything is drawn, so phasing and sequencing are agreed up front rather than improvised later.
Our crew visits the site and verifies what the drawings cannot show: existing structure and wall construction, available power, mounting conditions, access constraints for lifts or rope work, and the local municipal code that will govern what is approvable.
Artwork becomes a buildable, code-compliant sign. Structural and wind-load engineering is prepared to Florida requirements, including Miami-Dade and Broward hurricane standards where the location demands it, with sealed drawings for permit submittal.
Florida permitting varies by jurisdiction, and this is where most sign projects stall. We prepare and submit the package, respond to plan-review comments, and manage the process through to approval so your team is not chasing a municipality.
Your sign is built in our own Florida shop: channel letters, illuminated cabinets, monument and pylon structures, pan-formed faces and electronic message centres. LED modules and harnesses are installed and the sign is wired in-house.
Our own crews install, using our own equipment: bucket trucks reaching over 100 feet, aerial lifts, excavators for foundations, and SPRAT-certified rope access technicians for high-rise and restricted-access work.
Electrical and structural sign-off before we call the job done, with the municipal final inspection coordinated on your behalf. For multi-location programmes we provide completion photography and documentation per site.
Signage is an asset that needs upkeep. We offer scheduled inspection and maintenance programmes, on-call repair, LED conversions on ageing signage, and rapid storm-damage response anywhere in Florida.
