What Is Brand Re-Imaging?

When a national brand updates its identity, a petroleum company changes ownership, or a franchise network rolls out new brand standards, hundreds or thousands of signs need to come down and new ones need to go up, often on a compressed timeline with strict brand compliance requirements. Highmark Lighting & Signage specializes in these large-scale brand re-imaging programs across Florida.

Brand re-imaging is more than sign replacement. It is a logistics and project management operation that requires coordinating fabrication deliveries, scheduling installation crews across multiple locations, maintaining brand standard compliance at every site, managing municipal permits in dozens of different jurisdictions, and documenting everything so the brand team can track progress across the entire program.

Unlike many sign companies that treat re-imaging as a side service, Highmark has the equipment fleet, field crews, and project management capability to execute multi-location brand conversions efficiently. We own our trucks, lifts, and heavy equipment, which means we control the schedule and don’t wait on rental availability during busy rollout seasons.

Compliance Photography

Detailed photo documentation at each completed site proving brand standard compliance.

Monument & Pylon Updates

Monument sign face replacement, pylon modifications and structural updates to match the new brand.

Owned Equipment, One Point of Contact

Highmark operates its own fleet, Elliott bucket trucks reaching 100+ ft, a semi and lowboy trailer, service trucks, aerial lifts, excavators and skid steers, so a rollout schedule isn’t dependent on rental availability. Signs are manufactured in-house and engineered to Miami-Dade and Broward County hurricane wind-load standards, then installed by our own crews with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance in place. That means one company managing fabrication, permitting, installation and documentation, instead of a facilities team coordinating five different vendors across a state.

Built for Statewide Programs

As a commercial sign company Florida franchises and multi-location brands rely on, Highmark supports custom commercial signs Florida wide and manages commercial sign installation Florida projects from a single storefront refresh to a two-hundred-location rebrand.

Talk to Our Team
What does brand re-imaging involve?
Replacing or converting signage across multiple locations when a brand updates its identity, coordinated across survey, engineering, permitting, fabrication and installation for every site.
How many locations can you convert?
Programmes range from a handful of sites to conversions involving dozens of locations. Scope and phasing are agreed up front so the schedule is realistic.
Do you handle permitting for every location?
Yes. Permitting is handled per jurisdiction, because sign codes differ between municipalities, and tracked centrally so you see one consolidated status.
What documentation do we receive?
Compliance photography and documentation per site, which is what most brand and facilities teams need to confirm a rollout is complete.
