Highmark operates as an integrated manufacturer and installer rather than a broker. Fabrication, installation and ongoing maintenance run through in-house teams, so a facilities manager or brand team deals with one company from the first drawing to the final inspection.
Every sign is wired, illumination tested and inspected before it leaves the building, with LED module installation and harness assembly completed in our own shop.

Signage here has to survive hurricane-season wind loads, salt air and relentless UV. We design to Miami-Dade and Broward County standards, and specify heavier material where the location calls for it rather than where it is cheapest.
