Sign Installation

We build it, then we install it.

Most sign projects lose time in the handoff between whoever fabricated the sign and whoever shows up to hang it. Highmark closes that gap because we run both sides of the job under one roof. Our shop builds the channel letters, cabinets, monument structures and pan-formed faces, and the same company installs, wires and tests every one.

Since 2008 we have installed commercial signage for businesses, property managers and national brands in every corner of Florida.

Why It Matters

Our fleet, our schedule.

We own our entire fleet, including Elliott bucket trucks that reach over 100 feet, a crane-equipped semi, aerial lifts from 24 to 60 feet, excavators with auger attachments and multiple service trucks. That means installation dates are set by our schedule, not a rental yard.

  • Crane-equipped semi with lowboy trailer
  • Aerial lifts from 24 to 60 feet
  • Excavators with auger attachments for foundations

Common Questions

Questions, answered.

Anything not covered here, our team will walk you through scope, timing and cost.

Talk to Our Team
Does Highmark manufacture the signs it installs?
Yes. Every new sign our installation crews put up comes out of our own Florida shop, engineered and built to match the mounting and structural plan our crews execute, so nothing passes through a third-party fabricator. If you already have existing signage that needs service, a retrofit or relocation, that falls under our Service & Maintenance program instead.
What size signs can you install?
Our fleet handles everything from a single storefront channel letter to pylon structures over 100 feet, using bucket trucks, a crane-equipped semi and rope access where required.
Do you handle the permit for the installation?
Yes. Permitting is prepared and submitted in-house as a standard part of the installation process.
Do you install outside Florida?
Florida is our core service area statewide. We also have active projects in Georgia, Tennessee and Texas, so contact us with the location and we will confirm.
